Content Guidelines

Content is a major contributing factor to the success of an interactive experience. It is important that all content supplied meets the required standard of quality as per the content requirements below.
Quintessence reserves the right to reject supplied content that falls below the required standard as per it's terms and conditions. 

All content supplied should be labelled with appropriate folder and file names. Example - External Images (Folder name), View of the Park (File name).


Content Requirements

The following is a list of typical content and file types we would require in order to build an interactive experience:

ASSET
FORMAT/FILE SIZE
Icons/Arrows/Buttons
High Res PNG or JPEG. Optimal size 2-3 mb per Icon.
Accommodation schedule
Excel.
Branding guidelines including logo's, colour palette & typefaces
PDF.
Brochure(s)
Original inDesign/Photoshop files plus Hi-Res PDF.
Masterplan or siteplan  
Original source files plus High Res PNG or JPEG.
Custom route maps/Local area maps
Original inDesign/Photoshop files plus HI-Res PNG. 
Optimal file size 2-3mb per map.
CGI's and images
High Res PNG or JPEG. Optimal file size 2-3mb per CGI/Image.
Videos
MP4.
Floorplans
Individual floorplans as Hi-Res transparent PNGs. Individual block brochures with floorplans as PDF's. Optimal file size 2-3mb per floorplan.
Floorplates
Hi-Res transparent PNGs. Optimal file size 2-3mb per floorplate.
Locators
Hi-Res transparent PNGs. Optimal file size 2-3mb per locator.
360 spin assets
All 360 individual frames as images, frames should be captured on an axis from a camera angle that shows as much as the site as possible.
3D modelling
Modelling files as 3DS including material fixtures, architect plans as DWG files.
