Support Costs

Quintessence offers three levels of support to it’s customers:


Support Packages 


Bronze Support Package £300 per month

The Quintessence bronze support package provides our customers with the peace of mind that we will provide ongoing support remotely for a minimum term of 3 months. As part of this package we provide a SLA ensuring we are meeting the needs and expectations of our customers.


Silver Support Package £700 per month

The Quintessence silver support package includes minor software updates for a minimum term of 12 months as well as ongoing support remotely during this period. As part of this package we provide a SLA ensuring we are meeting the needs and expectations of our customers.


Gold Support Package £1,000 per month

The Quintessence gold support package includes minor and major software updates for a minimum term of 24 months as well as ongoing support remotely during this period. As part of this package we provide our highest SLA ensuring we are exceeding the needs and expectations of our customers.


Ad Hoc Support Rates

Cost per hour ad hoc remote support £120


On site support  ad hoc visit half day within the UK £440

On site support ad hoc visit full day within the UK £825

On site support visits outside of the UK POA
